By The End Of The Course You Will...
- Have an understanding of different ways to structure financing of an investment property using little or none of their own money;
- Have an understanding of Key Performance Indicators, and be able to use them to help analyze real estate transactions;
- Have an understanding of what investors want to know about them, and have a framework for presenting themselves to investors;
- Have an understanding of Joint Ventures, and know what needs to be included in the agreement;
- Know what they need to learn about their partners to create win-win real estate transactions; and,
- Know how to present a real estate transaction to potential partners.

Summary
This course is presented over 5-6 evenings sessions, 2-3 hours per session, or over a 2 day weekend. It is given online, live, in small groups of no more than 10-12 students, so that time can be spent looking at transactions that students are working on.
