TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
Participation in the draw is open to individuals who:
Are legal residents of Ontario, Canada.
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Submit only one ticket per person.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Ticket Purchase and Entry
Each ticket costs $67.00 USD (converted to CAD at the current exchange rate at time of purchase) and is non-refundable.
A total of 3,500 tickets will be made available.
Tickets will be sold for a period of three (3) months or until all tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
A free method of entry is available upon request. To enter without purchase, please send a written request including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to [1603-11 Knightsbridge Rd, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. L6T3X4] with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Only one free entry per person will be accepted. Free entries must be received before the draw closes.
3. Purpose of the Draw
Proceeds from this draw will go to a registered Canadian charity supporting families with children who have Autism.
4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive up to $50,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) in parts for the build of a Honda vehicle manufactured between 1990 and 2001.
If the winner does not own a qualifying Honda vehicle, one may be purchased for them from the $50,000 parts fund.
Additionally, the winner will receive up to $10,000 USD in cash (or CAD equivalent). The total prize value will not exceed $60,000 USD (or CAD equivalent).
The draw organizers will provide assistance with the build, but are not responsible for final build outcomes.
5. Limitations and Disclaimers
The draw organizers are not responsible for the safety, roadworthiness, or licensing of the completed vehicle.
No warranties or guarantees are provided on parts or workmanship.
The organizers are not liable for any injuries, deaths, or damages resulting from use or modification of the vehicle.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a random drawing under independent supervision.
The draw will be held at [7360 Bramalea Rd, Mississauga, Ontario L5S1M7] at the conclusion of the ticket sales period.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at time of entry and may be required to answer a skill-testing question, as per Canadian contest law.
The winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility.
7. General Conditions
The draw is intended to comply with Ontario regulations for non-licensed promotional draws not requiring AGCO registration.
This is not a lottery or licensed gaming event.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules or provides false information.
Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
